Now when robots eventually conquer the human race and make us their slaves, not only will they make us suffer for the way we treated them (I am sure at one point in your life you have slapped punched or otherwise hit an electronic device to get it working properly), but now they will able to laugh at us when they solve Rubiks Cube in 35 seconds.
So what am I rambling on about?
I found this video of a robot called Rubot II, that can solve rubiks cube in just over 30 seconds! Watch the video below to see the Rubik robot in action.
I must say that this is an amazing invention. It's pretty fantastic to see something like that solve Rubiks Cube. After watching the video a few times I noticed something that kind of "cheapened" the whole experience. It looks like all the robot did was just do the opposite of the what the girl did to mix up the cube. Watch how the girl initially mixes up the Rubiks Cube, it looks pretty deliberate and planned out.
Despite this flaw I am still impressed that someone took the time to build an entire robot the can solve a Rubiks Cube!

So Simple a Child Could Solve a Rubiks Cube
When I first learned how to solve the Rubiks Cube, I thought I had really accomplished something. I had learned how to solve a puzzle that has been plaguing me for most of my life. Ok it hasn't really plagued me my entire life, but every time I walk past the cube I swear it is mocking me.
Now that I am able to solve the cube it doesn't haunt me any more, but all the same it was challenge to learn and I feel a sense of accomplishment.
And then I see a video that makes me feel like I should have solved the cube long ago. Apparently the Rubiks Cube is so easy to solve that a child can do it. This is where that sense of accomplishment just floats away. I get excited when I solve the cube in 5 minutes.
So how do I feel when I three year old child solves the Rubiks cube in under 2 minutes?
Her hands are tinier than the cube. It is absolutely amazing. I guess I have to practice some more

Rubiks Cube Solution: My Secret Source
For those of you that endured my Rubiks Cube Solution Video on Youtube, thank you. As most people that know the Rubiks Cube Solution will attest to; we like to show off our useless skill. For those of you that missed it please check the video below.
I am not the quickest a solving the Rubiks cube, but hey, at least I can do it. My average is solve time is around 2 minutes. It took me a bit longer in this video because I was nervous; I got "webcam" fright.
Rubiks Cube Solution: The Secret Source
These days most people try to sit through videos that will supposedly will teach you how to solve the cube. I tried to learn from these videos, but I could never keep up. Maybe I am just stupid. Although I know the Rubiks cube Solution so maybe I am not stupid. Anyways...
I was visiting my parents one day, and I was bragging at how I could solve half of the Rubiks Cube. My Dad asked if he could give the cube a try. He piddled around with it for a few minutes, and then went to work on it. He solved in it 5 minutes.
I was shocked!
"How did you know the Rubiks Cube Solution?"- He told me he read a book back in the 80's and learned how to solve it back then. The Rubiks Cube Solution stuck in his brain for over 25 years. I was very impressed.
So I asked if he would teach me how to do solve the Rubiks Cube. At that point he got up and went rummaging through an old trunk that he had and pulled out a tattered old book titled "The Simple Solution to Rubiks Cube"
The next day I tore through the book and devoured every piece of information that was included in the book, and then I did something amazing...
I solved the Rubiks Cube
I couldn't believe it. A book taught me a more efficient way to solve the cube than any video could have ever done. I had watched hours of Youtube videos and had been to every website that claimed to teach how to solve the Rubiks Cube and not one of them was able to help me solve the Rubiks Cube, and yet a simple book did.
In this day in age I was surprised that the internet had failed to teach me something and that a 26 year old out of print book could!
The Simple Solution to Rubiks Cube
Although the book is out of print it is still widely available on eBay ( at least the internet didn't fail me there). So if you are looking for a copy of the book I would check out eBay. I have placed a real-time links to eBay and Amazon at the bottom of this post, so you can check out "The Simple Solution to Rubiks Cube."

Even after being out of print for more that 20 years this is still the #1 source of the Rubiks Cube Solution that is guaranteed to teach you to solve the Rubiks Cube the same day you pick up the book.
When I was searching around on Amazon.com I found that someone had written a great review of the book:
"This is the best-selling solution to Rubik's cube, and rightly so--the procedure is easy to understand, easy to execute, and easy to remember. It is what I used to learn to solve the cube in 1981 (I was 7 at the time), and I still know the solution now, even after many years without touching the cube." Read More>>
